This is a picture of the hole they left in the front yard.  The entire front yard has the septic / finger system under it.  The lease prohibits renters from doing this.  But as you can see…   

This will cost about $650.00 to have the sand removed and the 8" deep hole filled with dirt again.  This will have to wait until dryer weather.
