Rent- $995.00 per month and includes water. (City Water)

Must sign a long term lease. 

First and last months rent paid in advance

Damage and cleaning deposit of $600.00

Will negotiate a reduction in rent during final year of a long term lease.  Any negotiated reduction will be dependent on all previous rents paid on time, with no lease violations.

There is a non refundable application fee of $55.00 per each adult.  This fee will be used to run a credit check, a social security number trace, an eviction report and a criminal background check.  This fee will be deducted from the first months rent if a prospective tenant qualifies to rent and is accepted as a tenant.  This fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED  if prospective tenant does not qualify.
