HOUSE FOR RENT-- Information.

At this time the house is available by direct sale or on a rent to own contract.  However if the house does not sell quickly enough due to the current downturn in the economy, it could be available on a long term rental basis as well.  The period of the lease would be at least 24 months and preferably longer, will require the first and last months rent in advance as well as a security deposit and a good rental history.
