TERMS to Rent to Own.

The terms to rent to own this house are as follows:

  1. Purchase price of $118,000 for a 36 month contract.
  2. Down payment of 3.5% ($4,130)
  3. Monthy rent payments of $975.00 first 24 months with no rent credit.
  4. Monthly payments of $875.00 final 12 months with a $100.00 rent credit.

NOTE: House appraised for $115,000 in Feb 2006.

Any of these terms can be negotiated to fit your situation.   The terms listed above are designed to provide an opportunity and an incentive for a QUALIFIED prospective tenant buyer to buy this house within a 3 year contract period.  The rent reduction and rent credit during the final year are contingent on the tenant / buyer making all prior (first 24) payments on time.  An early payment reduction can also be negotiated.
