The terms to rent to own this house are as follows:
Purchase price of $118,000 for a 36 month contract. Down payment of 3.5% ($4,130) Monthy rent payments of $975.00 first 24 months with no rent credit. Monthly payments of $875.00 final 12 months with a $100.00 rent credit.
NOTE: House appraised for $115,000 in Feb 2006.
